At PNR Creations, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services, including website development, e-commerce solutions, SaaS products, and digital marketing. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to address any concerns regarding our services promptly and professionally. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and disputes.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Unfulfilled Deliverables: If the agreed-upon deliverables have not been provided as per the signed contract or agreement.
- Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled by the client before any significant work has commenced. Administrative fees or initial consultation charges may not be refundable.
- Errors on Our Part: If errors caused by PNR Creations lead to failure in delivering the agreed service and cannot be reasonably corrected.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and services are non-refundable:
- Initial consultation fees or discovery sessions.
- Payments made for work that has already been completed and delivered.
- Domain registrations, third-party subscriptions, or hosting fees purchased on behalf of the client.
- Custom development work or SaaS products once approved by the client.
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to phil@pnrcreations.com within 7 days of service delivery or project milestone completion.
- Refund requests must include:
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Relevant supporting documents (e.g., the signed agreement, project timeline, or evidence of issues).
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage the client to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. Our process is as follows:
- Step 1: Initial Discussion
- The client and PNR Creations will discuss the matter in good faith to find a resolution.
- Step 2: Internal Review
- If unresolved, the matter will be reviewed by our management team, who will respond within 7 business days.
- Step 3: Mediation
- If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to participate in mediation facilitated by a neutral third-party mediator.
5. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project in question. Under no circumstances shall PNR Creations be held liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Changes to the Policy
PNR Creations reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or updates on our website. The updated policy will take effect immediately upon publication.
